Scholastic Art Exhibit opens Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 12pm to 3pm at York Central School
Every year, our Scholastic Art Exhibit recognizes the artistic accomplishments of area high school students from across the Genesee Valley region. The Scholastic Art Exhibit provides teachers and students with a great connect with other artists, share ideas and techniques, and enjoy some well-earned recognition. It is an opportunity to acknowledge the dedication of our high school art teachers and honor the efforts of their students.
The Scholastic Art Exhibit begins with a one-day exhibition. A jury of professional artists will select best in show and First Place and Best of Show winners will be exhibited at the Livingston Arts Center April 1-29. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
Livingston Arts will award two scholarships worth $200 each to two seniors pursuing studies in the arts or an arts-related field at the closing reception on Saturday, April 29 at the Livingston Arts Center.
