Yoga Basics

All levels, Beginners Welcome

Whether you are just beginning a yoga practice or have been practicing for many years join us this Winter as we return to the basics of what creates a fun, safe and supportive yoga practice for all levels: Conscious Breathing, Refined Alignment and Balanced Action.

Along with yoga postures (asana) modified to create accessibility for each individuals’ needs; we will playfully explore breathing techniques (pranayamas), visualization (dharana) and short meditations (dhyana) Yoga is for every body, mind and heart!

Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:45 PM
Session I: April 18- May 23 (6 weeks) 
Session II: June 6-20 (3 weeks)

Thursdays 4:30 – 5:45 PM
Session I: April 20-May 25 (6 weeks)
Session II: June 8-22 (3 weeks)

For All Yoga Classes:

Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Eat lightly, bring water, bring yoga mat or purchase from instructor, dress in comfortable layers.

4 week session: Full price: $55.00 – Yoga Club 20% off – $44.00

Policies: All registrations are due 3 business days in advance of class start date with payment. Use our form or an option for those paying by Visa/MasterCard, call 585.243.6785 to register. An emergency contact/release form must be submitted for participants under age 18 attending a class without parent supervision. If minimum class size is not met, registrants will be notified and payment refunded.
