Invite Some Light
Beginning this summer, Jennifer DeVille Catalano will be teaching a mindful living class that meets the first Thursday of each month from 12:00-1:00pm at Livingston Arts. “Invite Some Light” will give you the opportunity to gather with a group of friendly women as you develop your vision for the month ahead. Using simple writing prompts, you’ll acknowledge the gifts and lessons of the previous month, then release them to make room for what you want to invite into your world. Next, you’ll get creative with paper, scissors, and glue as you bring your portable vision board to life. Gain accountability by sharing with the group and returning monthly. Absolutely no art or writing experience is necessary! Feel free to bring your lunch along!
Policies: All registrations are due 3 business days in advance of class start date with payment. Use our form or an option for those paying by Visa/MasterCard, call 585.243.6785 to register.
