Join us for the Genesee Valley Fare and Ware Festival presented by Livingston Arts Center! Our festival will be on Saturday June 17th and Sunday, June 18th, 2017 at the Highbanks Recreational Area in Letchworth State Park. For two days we are going to celebrate and enjoy all that our region has to offer including work of local farmers, chefs, brewers and artists! There will be live music and demonstrations throughout the weekend.

A close second was Kyle Hochbrueckner’s design also shown (bottom). We hope you enjoy and are as impressed with the talent of the students and teachers in Livingston County!

Q: Where can I get insurance for the festival?
A: Short-term packages are available from www.actinsurance.com. They offer 2-day general liability event insurance coverage starting at $39.
Q: How are you handling sales tax?
A: We require that all vendors supply us with a copy of their sales tax certificate. To apply for a sales tax certificate please visit the NYS Taxation and Finance webpage at https://www.tax.ny.gov/pubs_and_bulls/tg_bulletins/st/how_to_register_for_nys_sales_tax.htm
Q: Is there an application fee?
A: There is no application fee.
Q: How much is it?
A: For a 10×10 space for both days it will be $135.00.
Q: What if I want larger than a 10×10 space?
A: We can offer you a 20×20 space for $250.00.
Q: When will I find out if I am accepted as a vendor?
A: Vendor’s will be notified by April 1, 2017.
Q: If I am accepted as a vendor, when do I have to pay my dues?
A: Your vendor fee is due to Livingston Arts by May 1, 2017
